  • Slow braised beef shin with soft polenta served in the traditional way on a shared board


Thursday July 27: Caciucco (Livornese fish stew) with Pinot Grigio

  • Tuscan fish stew with calamari, fish fillets, mussels and cockles in a rich tomato broth served over garlic-rubbed bruschetta 


Thursday August 3: Porchetta with Chianti

  • Slow roasted pork flavoured with herbs and garlic and served with winter vegetables and greens
